Back to school dates

Every year, Derek and I take our girls on dates to talk about back to school.  It's also a great way to celebrate the upcoming school year. 
Derek picked up Layla for a Monday lunch.  She chose to go to El Tequila. 
She is very excited for school and has NO reservations! 
That's our Layla!



Adah chose Texas Roadhouse for dinner the next night. 
They had a ball and Adah is excited but nervous about how she will act and learn. 
Boy, my kids are very different! :)

 

 

Momma took her girls to a fancy tea party at Johanna May's.  We had such a nice time.  They were so much better at sitting this year than last year.  We had a yummy meal and I very much enjoyed the conversation with my daughters!  They are growing up too fast!
