Forever Family; Forever Home

We have been home with our baby boy bundle for 13 days now!  Hard to believe.
We are completely overwhelmed by God's goodness (and just a bit overwhelmed with a new baby! :))
We are all adjusting to this precious addition to our family.  Adah and Layla have taken on the big sister role with vengeance!  It's just how I pictured it would be!  They are both extremely helpful and take this role very seriously.  Layla has had a little struggle but doing great.  She had to give up her "baby in the family" status after 7 years!  That's a huge change, but she is loving this new baby brother.  Derek and I are adjusting as well.  A few sleepless nights but praising God for this long waited answered prayer!  We know we will sleep again......someday! :)
It's not perfect but it's wonderful!  We are feeling an overabundance of blessings in our home. 

Jude Mengestu is FINALLY home in our arms for forever.
