What a great last day of school!!!!
The only thing missing was Daddy.
He was out of town for work and missed the festivities!
The girls enjoyed all of the last day surprises and were so sweet thanking me all afternoon.
In asking them after school what they wanted to do to celebrate (options were: staying home, eating at home and then going out for ice cream or going out for dinner and ice cream) they both said "stay home" at the same time!
I was so surprised.
So, we had popcorn and apples for dinner while watching a movie!
Special treat!

Our tradition each year is to wear the same outfit the first day as the last.
Well, this year posed a problem.
Their outfits didn't really fit anymore!
We wore as many articles that still would fit!

We are all geared up for a great summer. I really love having them home. I can't believe I now have a 3rd grader and a 1st grader! Where did the time go?????
